Qiraa is an Arabic learning application through reading, accessible by subscription. Access to the service is available immediately after subscribing.
Two plans are available:
Prices are in US dollars (USD), all taxes included. Payment is secured via Stripe.
The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access remains active until that date.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer. By subscribing to Qiraa, you agree that access to the service is provided immediately and waive your right of withdrawal.
No refund is granted for periods already started. In case of a technical issue attributable to Qiraa, contact us at contact@qiraarabic.com.
Qiraa is committed to keeping the service accessible. In the event of a technical outage, the publisher's liability is limited to the amount of the current subscription. Qiraa cannot be held responsible for misuse of the service.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the publisher's jurisdiction.
